Join our dynamic team as an Outpatient Pharmacy Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our closed-door production pharmacy. Working under the direct supervision of pharmacists and alongside other skilled technicians in this fast-paced environment, you'll be responsible for a diverse range of tasks aimed at supporting medication preparation, packaging, distribution, and inventory management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency
  • Registration with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy is required upon hire.
  • Must become certified through and approved certification board (PTCB or NHA) within 2 years of hire.
  • 6 months experienced preferred but not required

Shift and Schedule:

30 Hours/week

Rotating shifts

Salary Range: Minimum 18.97/hour - Maximum 31.33/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
