Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing construction projects related to land development, water, and wastewater management. This role requires a strong understanding of site design and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage land development projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability.
  • Collaborate with architects, planners, and other engineers to create efficient designs.
  • Prepare and review detailed drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Oversee construction sites and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions for water and wastewater management issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development and site design.
  • Strong knowledge of water and wastewater systems and regulations.
  • Proficiency in engineering design software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
