Job Description:
As a
Senior Technical Lead
, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the technical direction and delivery of complex modernization initiatives. You will define architectural strategies, mentor development teams, and ensure seamless collaboration across DevOps, integration, and infrastructure domains.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Solution Design

• Define and communicate the technical vision and architecture for complex applications and integrations.
• Review and validate solution designs, code, and deployment strategies for scalability, performance, and security.
• Translate business requirements into modular, cloud-ready architectures.
• Mentor developers and DevOps engineers, promoting best practices in design, documentation, and coding standards.

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps

• Collaborate with DevOps to design and maintain AWS-based infrastructure (EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, ALB, CloudWatch).
• Review and optimize CI/CD pipelines, YAML configurations, Helm charts, and Kubernetes manifests.
• Promote containerization and orchestration best practices using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure secure cloud configurations leveraging AWS Secrets Manager, Config Maps, and Ingress rules.

Authentication, Security & Integrations

• Lead authentication/authorization strategy using Okta SAML 2.0 and Keycloak.
• Oversee integrations via Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.
• Implement secure API and data exchange standards, including token-based authentication and encryption strategies.

Project Oversight & Collaboration

• Lead cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, DevOps, integration).
• Partner with product owners, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to align on deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement through sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical debt reduction.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

Technology Stack Oversight

• Frontend: Angular v17, Angular Material, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML, CSS/SASS, Micro Frontends.
• Backend: NestJS v10, TypeORM, REST APIs, Java 17+, Python.
• Database: PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL.
• Testing: Jest for unit and integration testing.
• Integration: Dell Boomi, MuleSoft.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Helm.
• AI/ML: LLMs, Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning concepts.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and development using modern technologies.
• Proven experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of database administration, system design, and network architecture.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
