Client Service Associate – Regent Peak Wealth Advisors

Regent Peak Wealth Advisors is a fast-growing registered investment advisor (RIA) located in the Atlanta area. We are looking for an Atlanta based Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our team. You'll need a passion for delivering exceptional client service, excellent attention to detail, a client-focused mentality, the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and the desire to be a great team player.

More about the CSA Role:

As a CSA at Regent Peak, you're responsible for maintaining, deepening and enriching client relationships. It is a client-facing role serving as the first point of contact for all service related needs at Regent Peak Wealth Advisors. The CSA will support service and maintenance of client accounts both directly and by supporting the advisors on the team.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field

· Positive, can-do approach to work

· Detail-oriented

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Knowledge and/or interest in the financial markets

· Effective organizational skills, and ability to prioritize work flow

· Ability to both work as an individual contributor while in a collaborative, team atmosphere

· Technology skills preferred in the following database and software tools: Microsoft Office, Adobe, Zoom, Wealthbox CRM, and others as needed

· Preferred 3+ years of similar experience, including Schwab Custodial platform familiarization

Role Function and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Provide timely, exceptional client service and flawless execution on client request, inquiries and transactions such as money movement, security transfers, trading, account maintenance requests, online access help and more

· Responsible for new client onboarding experience

· Support to team members for fulfillment of client requests and needs

· Manage service related projects for the collective as needed
