Our success comes from building strong partnerships, and we're looking for someone who can help us grow our network of trusted haulers while supporting those relationships for the long term.

Role Overview

As a Vendor Relations Clerk, you'll help us connect with new haulers and strengthen relationships with current ones. This job is about talking with haulers, understanding their work, and showing them the benefits of partnering with us. You'll also research new haulers so we can keep growing. The role is fully remote, with both part-time and full-time options available.

What You'll Do

  • Talk with haulers to learn about their services, pricing, and the areas they cover.
  • Build friendly, professional relationships so haulers enjoy working with us.
  • Research new haulers in different cities and regions to add to our network.
  • Share the benefits of working with us, like steady business and strong partnerships.
  • Stay on top of conversations and make sure follow-ups happen.
  • Work with our team to help fill gaps where we need more hauler partners.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has at least 2 years of experience in the waste sector (hauling, roll-off, porta potty, or related waste industry services).
  • Possesses great communication skills and enjoys talking with people.
  • Comfortable making phone calls and sending emails every day.
  • Friendly, confident, and able to build trust quickly.
  • Organized and reliable, so details don't slip through the cracks.
  • Curious and resourceful when it comes to finding new haulers.
