About the Role

We're looking for a
Marketing Associate
supporting a major website redesign initiative. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global digital strategy team to enhance online presence and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across the site.

This is a
hybrid position
requiring candidates to be
based in the Atlanta area
and available
onsite one day per week (Wednesdays).

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and update website pages within the CMS (Drupal preferred).
  • Apply UX and brand guidelines to ensure consistency, accessibility, and visual quality.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to execute web production tasks.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing of new web components and escalate bugs as needed.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives by ensuring timely and accurate content updates.
  • Maintain governance of web content to ensure alignment with digital strategy.
  • Provide excellent internal customer service and act as a digital partner for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing and building large-scale website content through CMS platforms (Drupal experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of web design best practices, layout principles, and UX standards.
  • Ability to troubleshoot web production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
