We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Business Analytics team. In this role, you will leverage your industry experience to deliver deep-dive analyses, supporting high-impact business reviews and decision-making processes across our cloud portfolio. This is a dynamic role for those seeking to directly contribute actionable insights within a fast-moving and strategic business area.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep-dive quantitative and qualitative analyses related to Oracle's cloud computing business, providing insights that support regular business performance reviews.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, product management, sales, and operations, to gather relevant data and ensure comprehensive analyses.
- Develop and present detailed reports, dashboards, and executive summaries, highlighting key trends, performance drivers, and business outcomes.
- Support the preparation and delivery of materials for senior leadership business reviews, including quarterly and annual business performance discussions.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in cloud business performance, collaborating with business leaders to recommend data-driven actions.
- Analyze operational metrics, customer data, and market intelligence to enhance business understanding and drive improvements.
- Ensure analytical models and reports are accurate, timely, and relevant to changing business priorities.
- Uphold high standards of data security and compliance when handling sensitive business information.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or a similar analytical role, preferably within the technology or cloud computing sector.
- Proven ability to conduct in-depth analyses, deliver clear business insights, and support executive decision-making.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing industry metrics, business models, and market trends.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience managing, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex findings for diverse audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 - $141,200 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
