Job Description:

The Forklift Operator will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, operating a forklift, and maintaining safe working conditions. The forklift operator will also be responsible for the safe operation of all equipment and the safe handling of all materials and supplies. The forklift operator will work in a warehouse environment and will be required to work in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operate a forklift to load unload orders from incoming trucks and deliver outgoing trucks to outbound destinations
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Safely operate all equipment in a safe manner
  • Follow all safety requirements and protocols
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • May be required to operate an overhead crane or other similar lifting devices
  • May be required to perform general labor duties such as moving items around the warehouse or loading/unloading trucks loading unloading trucks with material from one location to another operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour
