Brand Ambassador (Events) – Full-Time

Charlotte, NC

Impact Promotions is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to join our events team in Charlotte, NC.

We're looking for a confident, people-focused individual who is ready to work in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment representing well-known brands. If you enjoy engaging with customers, working in different locations, and being part of a high-energy team, this could be the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent client brands at events, retail activations, and promotional pop-ups
  • Interact with customers in person, provide product information, and help drive interest and sales
  • Demonstrate product benefits clearly and confidently
  • Set up and manage event materials, displays, and logistics
  • Work towards team and individual performance targets
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with our marketing team

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality
  • A customer-first attitude and the ability to build a genuine rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working on your feet and in a variety of locations (indoor and outdoor)
  • Reliable and organized with the ability to manage basic event setup
  • No prior experience is required—training is provided
