Are you a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and operational excellence? HomePro Mobility, a leading provider of stairlifts and in-home accessibility products, is seeking a versatile Sales and Operations Specialist to be the first point of contact for our Dallas, TX market. This unique position will combine sales responsibilities with office coordination tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the initial sales efforts for the Dallas, TX market, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Coordinate with the corporate office to leverage generated leads and advertising efforts.
- Network within the local community to build relationships and generate additional leads and referrals.
- Assist with the coordination of shipments, installations, and scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Previous in-home sales experience is preferred. A willingness to learn and a passion for helping people are essential.
- Strong organizational skills to manage various tasks, including sales, operations, and customer interactions.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and the local community.
