I am looking for a HVAC Project Sales Representative to join a growing commercial HVAC and building controls services team serving commercial and industrial facilities across the Mid-Atlantic. In this quota-carrying field role you'll generate new accounts, grow existing client relationships, develop proposals, and close service and project work that helps facility managers reduce operating costs and improve building performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify commercial and industrial prospects through cold outreach, networking and on-site visits.
  • Conduct site surveys, review HVAC drawings, and prepare scopes of work and competitive proposals.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and margin targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Present solutions and negotiate terms for service agreements, repair work, and small to mid-sized projects.

Requirements:

  • Practical experience with commercial/industrial HVAC systems and service sales
  • Comfortable reading HVAC drawings and preparing scope/estimates.
  • Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close sales with facility managers or decision-makers.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
