Expected salary range of $37.06 to $45.29, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

Demonstrate the ability to assume a leadership role within the daily work crew, using the basic knowledge of heating, refrigeration and air conditioning replacements, new installation, and accessories, to install residential HVAC equipment according to installation instructions, supervisor instructions, and all applicable county or city codes. Exemplifies Company values.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

• Service and install all types of HVAC equipment on customer premises.
• Serves as expert in handling aggravated cases involving multiple requests for service.
• Serve as an expert in the duties and responsibilities of a Senior Journeyman HVAC Installer.
• Conducts quality control checks necessary to evaluate work performance of install personnel and provides feedback to management.
• Attends manufacturers' schools on new equipment to learn service/install techniques and parts required.
• Instructs other employees in making repairs and installations.
• Serves as trainer for other installers in the field
• Promote the sale of other services offered by Constellation Home to customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of work experience with house heating equipment, including high efficiency furnaces, electric heat, heat pumps, hot water boilers, steam boilers, and water heaters
• Advanced knowledge and demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues related to the performance and installation of heating and cooling equipment
• Levels I & II CFC Certification
• State Journeyman HVAC license
• Valid gas fitter's license
• Ability to design and manage duct jobs through hands-on application
• Ability to complete accurate job write-ups
• Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's license
• Advanced knowledge of tools and materials with the ability to recommend procedural changes to meet special needs and adapt to changes in the industry
• Strong background in service sales, with the ability to adapt and effectively represent our company's offerings
• Resolves conflict by addressing issues directly, facilitating open communication and fostering collaborative solutions
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
