Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented warehouse personnel with OEM manufacturing inventory background to join a fast-paced company. This role will include kit pulling, shipping, and receiving operations, along with cycle counts and warehouse organization.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing shipping and receiving tasks, handling materials, and maintaining equipment. This position requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments
  • Pull kits for production based on BOMs and work orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain ERP systems with real-time inventory updates
  • Ship products to customers (international and domestic) as needed
  • Prepare orders and deliver to local vendors
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience in warehouse/inventory control, preferably in OEM manufacturing
  • Familiarity with materials handling techniques and best practices.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient with UPS/Fed Ex shipping Software, domestic and Internationally
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory levels.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects as needed.
  • Familiarity with lean inventory, Kanban, and just-in-time strategies
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about developing new processes and procedures for a growing company
