About the Role

We're looking for experienced consultants to join our platform as coaches. You'll help clients navigate the management consulting recruiting process, master case interviews, and position themselves for success in both entry-level and experienced-hire roles.

What You'll Do

  • Coach candidates on resume strategy, casing frameworks, and behavioral interviews.
  • Lead mock interviews and provide detailed feedback to strengthen client performance.
  • Share insights on what makes a top consultant and how to thrive at firms like McKinsey, BCG, or Bain.
  • Mentor clients interested in transitioning to or from consulting into other industries (tech, PE, etc.).

Ideal Background

  • 10+ individuals coached, mentored, or trained professionally.
  • Current or former consultant at a leading firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, Strategy&, etc.).
  • Proven success in case prep, recruiting guidance, or professional development coaching.
  • Passion for helping others break into and excel in consulting.
