Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, customer service, and legal compliance. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage relationships with tenants, vendors, and staff.

Duties

  • Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
  • Be able to use various software like Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks
  • Has to have experience with QuickBooks.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities
  • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality services at competitive rates.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to promote property leasing and upselling of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.

Experience

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field is essential.
  • Previous legal administrative experience related to real estate is highly desirable.
  • Excellent conflict management skills with a focus on negotiation and resolution strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability in facilities management and property maintenance oversight.
  • Proficient in office administration tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
