Responsibilities

  • Reach out to business owners to discuss funding needs and explain available options
  • Follow up persistently with leads and maintain pipeline activity in our CRM
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all prospects
  • Put in your best effort and stay consistent – what you put in is what you'll get out

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in this industry is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain a consistent daily outreach volume
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently without micromanagement
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with our diverse clientele
