Overview

The Academic Gym is a national movement-based literacy organization pioneering VITAAL Therapy—a multisensory, Whole-Child intervention for children with ADHD, dyslexia, and executive function challenges. We blend structured literacy instruction with athletic routines, rhythmic movement, and executive function coaching to unlock decoding, comprehension, and mastery. VITAAL is full-body brain training.

We're expanding our clinical provider network and seeking licensed professionals who want to deliver innovative therapy with impact, autonomy, and support.

Who We're Hiring

Role Overview

As a certified VITAAL Therapy provider, you'll deliver movement-based literacy therapy to children in school, clinic, or virtual settings. You'll receive training, fidelity tools, and ongoing support to integrate our method into your existing practice or build a new caseload.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $ $120.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 4 per week
