What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any irregularities or unusual activity.
• Communicate professionally with staff, patients, and visitors, offering assistance and guidance as appropriate within a healthcare environment.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary, maintaining a calm and professional presence during incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
