Location: Oak Lawn, IL 60453 (Chicago area radiology jobs)
Facility: Level 1 Trauma Center, Magnet Designation, Comprehensive Stroke Center
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 12/15/2025 – End: 3/14/2026)
Shift: 8-hour evening shifts
Hours per Week: 40
Estimated Weekly Salary: $2350 - $2410

Radiologic Technologist Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech)
Valid ARRT certification
Active IEMA license (Illinois radiology jobs requirement)
BLS certification
Proficient in general X-ray, GI, surgery, and Level 1 trauma imaging
Experience with EPIC charting system and equipment: GE XR Rooms, Siemens Flouro, GE C-Arm, Fuji Portables
First-time travelers welcome if experienced X-ray technologist


Radiology Responsibilities

Perform general X-ray imaging for outpatient and inpatient care
Provide portable and stationary imaging services
Assist with surgical procedures and respond to trauma cases
Collaborate with a team of radiologic technologists in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC
Participate in unit orientation to learn workflow and hospital protocols
Deliver high-quality patient care in compliance with hospital standards
