We're seeking a proactive and people-oriented Customer Support & Outbound Sales Specialist to join our remote team. This role combines world-class customer support with outbound sales prospecting to support our growing brand in the food & beverage space. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support:
- Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and chats regarding orders, product information, and general inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally, escalating when appropriate
- Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution and build customer loyalty
- Maintain detailed customer records and case notes in our CRM system
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience that reflects our brand values
Outbound Sales (BDR):
- Conduct outbound calls to potential wholesale and retail leads to introduce our product line
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Research industry contacts and build a pipeline of prospects in the food & beverage market
- Update CRM with lead details, call outcomes, and communication history
- Help warm up and nurture early-stage sales opportunities
