Electric Pallet Jack Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

We are currently looking for skilled Electric Pallet Jack Maintenance Mechanics who diagnose, repair, and maintain electric and manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment by inspecting components, troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic issues, and performing preventative maintenance. Candidates should be flexible to work 1st and/or 2nd shift.
Responsibilities- Visually inspect machinery/equipment for defects such as breakage or excessive wear.
- Routinely inspect pallet jacks and related equipment for defects, damage, and potential issues, using technical manuals and diagnostic equipment.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs on both manual and electric pallet jacks.
- Troubleshoot and analyze complex problems and implement proper remedies while ensuring safety guidelines and regulations are adhered to.
- Track the status of equipment, tag unsafe units, and coordinate with other teams to manage equipment flow.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, potentially using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Maintain operations of systems such as pneumatic, hydraulic, ammonia, etc.
- Install and repair electrical apparatus (transformers, breakers, switches, wiring, receptacles, and electronic components) of machinery.
- Repair, replace, and maintain the physical structure of equipment.
- Work in a fast-paced industrial environment and in cold storage where applicable.
- Capability to bend, twist, and squat; lift up to 50 pounds; frequently push, pull, kneel, bend, and reach.
- Ability to work in refrigerated environments and tolerate extended periods in cold storage.
- Military experience welcomed.

- Full-Time Hourly Positions - $20.00-$40.00 based on experience
