The Dunkin' Sales Associate provides excellent customer service to our customers by complying with retail operations and standards. Our team is focused on delivering high quality service based on our core values, mission and customer-driven culture. Our training and development is ongoing to ensure our associates are prepared to engage with customers and successfully support our commitment to deliver excellent service.

The Sales Associate job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Customer service focused on excellence
- Urgency and speed while maintaining accuracy in orders
- Suggestive selling to maximize and encourage product introduction
- Collaborate and work as a team to build brand and great company reputation
- Support cleanliness, standards and customer service
- Work stations may include cashier, sandwich maker, food prep, stocking and/or
- cleaning
- Ensure presentation, dress code and cleanliness comply with standards and policies
- Assignments focused on new product, equipment and customer engagement tools
- Other job related responsibilities and directives to ensure profitability and success
Requirements:
- Basic Computer and Math Skills
- Able to Operate Equipment (Minimum Age Requirements May Apply)
- Value for Good Work Ethics, Integrity, Honesty, Respect and Loyalty
- Good Communication Skills & Fluent in English
- Able to meet the requirements to obtain a Massport Security Badge
- Willingness to commitment to work a Saturday or Sunday
