Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio We are looking for positive, confident, results?oriented team members who love to connect with people.

We Offer
  • Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold; paid out monthly.
  • Commission potential when shadowing other sales associates during training.
  • No experience required; comprehensive training provided.

  • Tailored ongoing 1:1 support after onboarding.

  • Shift flexibility within Saturday and Sunday schedules.

Shift Schedules
  • Monday?Friday: 6:30?12?pm, 12?4?pm, 4?9:30?pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 7:30?am?12?pm, 12?4?pm, 4?8:30?pm
Requirements
  • Genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service.
  • Consistently fantastic team?player attitude.
  • Verifiable history of excellent attendance.
  • Evening and weekend availability.
Responsibilities
  • Sell memberships with confidence in a commission?based environment.
  • Reach out to leads using our CRM with high?energy.
  • Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
  • Set reservations and book follow?up appointments.
  • Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
  • Administer studio tours for new guests.
  • Answer all questions about services and the facility.
  • Maintain clean facility, turnover and cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
  • Maintain and organize the facilitys towel supply area.
