As a Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for defining a long-term cloud strategy and act as the voice of the customer to develop profitable products that provide customer value. Utilising your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. This team will have both internal and external facing products focusing mostly on our cloud offering but also on part of our internal builder experience. You will be working with teams that manage our platform across AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI, and responsible for the Disaster Recovery offering.
Responsibilities- Lead the definition of our cloud strategy across all four CSPs (Amazon, Google, Azure, Oracle)
- Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Create a product roadmap that balances customer insights and business objectives, with a clear & logical rationale that is easy to consume.
- Identify new and existing Platform Products that we can better position to deliver more value to our customers and our business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, Commercial, Marketing and delivery teams to prioritise features, define requirements, and drive product roadmap.
- Relevant experience working with cloud service providers, and their products
- Relevant experience in product management roles within the FINTECH industry, with a focus on core banking platforms, deposits, and lending products is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products from conception to delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery and strategic objectives.
