Senior Product Manager, Digital Storefront

In this position, Ford is looking for a Product Leader to drive forward a portfolio of innovative products and enhancements within the Digital Product space, focused on our Digital Storefront, a digital experience available in mobile, web, and in vehicle enabling customers to discover, shop for, and manage vehicle upgrades (e.g., BlueCruise Autonomous Driving). The team is looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager who loves to innovate and drive products forward to the next generation, ultimately changing tens of millions of customers lives.

What you'll do...

• Define strategy, manage a portfolio of products and enhancements, enhancing/creating new customer experiences to drive meaningful improvement in business performance.
• Analyze data and coordinate a team of engineers, designers, and product managers to fulfill the vision.
• The ideal candidate will also be customer-obsessed, will have an ability to operate strategically and tactically, and work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines.
• This ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment.

You'll have...

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• A proven track record of setting and exceeding aggressive goals.
• Ability to work independently and effectively across internal and external organizations.

This position is hybrid (onsite four days per week) for candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location or remote for non-local candidates.
