Job Description

The Senior Solution Architect is a leader within Hitachi Solutions, responsible for envisioning innovative, automated solutions within the Microsoft cloud environment. This role is part of the Delivery Go To Market team, partnering with the Sales team to drive solution sales from inception to close, ensuring solutions meet customer needs. The Senior Solution Architect collaborates with Delivery Domains from project initiation through blueprint to maintain the vision established during presales throughout delivery.

The role involves working with clients to scope engagements, analyze high-level requirements, and define solution architectures in collaboration with sales and implementation teams. The candidate should communicate effectively with client IT leadership and C-suite executives, translating business needs into technical architectures, development standards, and data & process governance. This is a hands-on leadership position in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Mastery of Dynamics 365 solutions, including experience with design, architecture, configuration, customization, and deployment across various modules.
• 8+ years of delivering complex enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics or similar technologies, either in consulting or large corporate environments.
• 8+ years collaborating with cross-functional and matrixed organizations.
• 4+ years leading pre-sales activities, including deal estimation and resource planning.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power Apps, Data/AI, Customer Insights, Power BI is preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and support sales efforts with dispersed teams.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated learner with attention to detail.
• Experience in contract development is preferred.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred.

Bachelors degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience is required.

Additional Information

Base Salary Range: $173,000 to $260,000 USD

This range is a guideline; actual compensation depends on various factors. The role is remote but requires US citizenship or the ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
