About the Project

Sepal is conducting a structured research study to define work excellence standards for computer systems analysts. The goal is to build high-quality professional benchmarks based on real practitioner experience.

-- Timeline: Now through December 29th
-- Commitment: 40–100 total hours
-- Begins with a paid 2–4 day work trial
-- Fully remote and flexible schedule

Selected participants will contribute by:
- Sharing their professional background
- Designing field-specific screening and evaluation questions
- Documenting significant work projects as detailed case studies

Representative Job Titles
- Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Computer Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or comparable roles with systems analysis responsibilities.

Must-Have Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-time experience as a computer systems analyst (or closely related role)
- Fluency in English
- U.S. residency
- Reliable laptop/desktop and stable internet connection
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with messaging tools, video calls, and uploading files
- Highly independent: able to follow detailed written instructions and complete online tasks without supervision

Compensation & Logistics
- Hourly rate: $50–$90/hr, plus task-based bonuses (based on experience and project fit)
- Bi-weekly payments for tracked and approved hours
- Fully remote and fully flexible — work on your own schedule as long as deadlines are met
- Current employment in the field is not required
