What We're Looking For:
As a Consultant at Thrivence, you will work closely with Senior and Principal Consultants to help clients achieve stronger business performance. This role involves analyzing organizational challenges, using data and research to uncover opportunities, and delivering actionable solutions. You will play a key part in identifying and implementing improvements in methods, procedures, and processes to drive meaningful results for our clients.

  • Interviewing management and stakeholders
  • Assists in client communication pertaining to specific assignments or meetings
  • Creating reports, presentations, white papers, briefs, and other deliverables
  • Build project plans and budgets
  • Applies practical knowledge throughprogressive experience to resolve issues
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication and presentation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice and advanced Excel statistical analysis capability
  • Sound problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Quick learner, innovative thinker with leadership skillsand attributes
  • Performs other duties as requested
Education & Experience Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • MBA or other Master's degree in a business-related subject area or 2years of work experience in management consulting or any relevant business areaincluding operations, marketing, finance, IT, or human resources
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment
  • Effective project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Passion, personal alignment, and commitment to the mission and goals of Thrivence
