Role: AWS Architect

Location: Atlanta, GA or Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid - Day 1 Onsite

Senior AWS Solutions architect responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex cloud solutions on AWS.
  • Provide strategic guidance on cloud architecture and align it with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security, and best practices.
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Evaluate emerging AWS technologies and recommend their adoption as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in the cloud environment.
  • Stay abreast of AWS updates, trends, and best practices.
Senior AWS Solutions architect job qualification
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 7 to 10 years of architecture experience, at least 4 in AWS.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing complex cloud solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of AWS services.
  • A history of effectively addressing and resolving challenging technical issues with cloud environments.
  • Familiar with industry best practices, compliance requirements, and security standards related to cloud architecture.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and the management team.
  • AWS Associate or Professional certification preferred.
