Thriving Elements is looking for dedicated Marketing & Social Media Specialists to help us amplify our mission of empowering underrepresented young women in STEM through mentorship. This is a great opportunity to use your design and content creation skills to make a real impact while growing your portfolio

As a Marketing & Social Media Specialist, you will (what you can explore but not limited to):

  • Design engaging content for our social media channels (mainly Instagram), including posts, stories, and reels.
  • Create eye-catching fliers, graphics, and digital materials to promote events, recruitment, and fundraising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other volunteers to brainstorm content ideas and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
  • Help ensure our visual branding is consistent, inspiring, and inclusive.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong design skills and creativity; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Familiaritywith Instagram and other social media best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own flexible volunteer schedule.
  • Insterest in supporting an education-focused non-profit and telling stories that inspire.
