Panda Team Shift Leader

As a vital leader within our organization, Panda Team Shift Leaders play an essential role in bringing our mission to life. You will support management in creating delightful meals and a warm atmosphere for our guests, all while showcasing your passion for exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Gaining valuable management skills as you oversee store operations and guide the team during shifts.
  • Engaging in hands-on cooking and preparation of favorite Panda dishes for guests.

Qualifications:

  • Some high school education is required.
  • Preferably some operations experience.
  • Food safety certification as per local/municipal requirements, at the applicant's expense.

Physical Requirements:

Our roles involve working in environments that can be hot with steam and food vapors, and you will be on your feet for extended periods. Employees are expected to prepare both hot and cold food, operate kitchen equipment, and manage tasks quickly while maintaining accuracy. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., navigate a busy kitchen, and communicate effectively while handling conflicts and changing priorities.
