Molecular Director

We are looking for an experienced, board-certified Director of Molecular Pathology to join our laboratory team in the Nashville, Tennessee area. While fellowship training in molecular pathology is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.

We are looking for a productive MD, Ph.D., or equivalent professional with excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to high-quality patient care, and a strong passion for advancing molecular pathology.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified Pathologist, physician in a specialty other than pathology, or a doctoral scientist with specialized training and/or relevant experience in molecular pathology.
- Experience in oncology molecular and cellular tumor markers, as well as virology for molecular methods, is required.
- minimum of 3 years of laboratory training or experience in high-complexity testing.
- Clinical research experience and publication of work are preferred.
- Expert knowledge of clinical testing processes and procedures.
- Laboratory or manufacturing facility experience is a plus.
