Key Responsibilities

  • Execute scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) on production equipment to maximize uptime and efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to equipment failures, diagnosing issues, and performing emergency maintenance and repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex systems involving PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
  • Work extensively with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including component repair and replacement.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation of repairs and services performed.
  • Collaborate with production teams and other departments to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.

The essential functions of this role include:

  • wearing steel toe shoes
  • manual lifting up to 50lbs
  • working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
