CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer - ServiceNow position for our client in Phoenix, AZ.

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow portals using Service Portal, React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Build custom widgets, workflows, and integrations with external systems via APIs.
  • Optimize portal functionality, performance, and user experience.
  • Provide ongoing ServiceNow development and maintenance support.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong skills in JavaScript, ServiceNow modules, and low-code/no-code development on the NOW platform.
  • Experience with complex UX scenarios and portal customization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
