The office sees an average of 90 new patients per month and maintains a steady flow of both routine and comprehensive cases. Position Summary

We are seeking a General Dentist who brings strong clinical skills, leadership, and an enthusiasm for patient care. The practice is open to both experienced providers and ambitious dentists who want to expand their procedural range. This opportunity offers long-term potential and the ability to build a loyal patient base within a thriving community.

Responsibilities
  • Lead comprehensive patient diagnosis and treatment planning with a focus on preventive and restorative care.
  • Perform a wide scope of dental procedures independently and confidently.
  • Partner with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
  • Uphold clinical excellence, ethics, and patient trust in all aspects of care.
Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program.
  • Active Pennsylvania dental license.
  • 2+ years of experience preferred; open to confident new graduates.
  • Strong leadership skills and a proactive, patient-first mindset.

Schedule
  • Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Saturday: One per month, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
