This role is perfect for someone eager to dive in and execute tasks directly within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage and enhance paid advertising on Google and Meta platforms.
  • Research, engage, and nurture influencer partnerships on YouTube and other channels.
  • Assist in crafting and refining video presentations of our product and other promotional materials.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our product and target audience to create engaging content.
  • Design, implement, and assess innovative growth experiments across various channels.
  • Evaluate and report on campaign performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
  • Document insights and contribute to the development of our growth playbook.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3-8 years of experience in growth or digital marketing (experience in startups is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience in executing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a comfort in working with data and budgets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in outreach and teamwork.
  • Curious, adaptable, and meticulously detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in influencer or partnership outreach.
  • Proficiency in copywriting or basic creative/design skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.).
