At Jacobs, we're augmenting the physical world by designing "Digital Twins" to model physical infrastructure through immersive, real-time simulation and data-integrated visualization environments. In this role, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Jacobs' Digital Twin product for Data Centers, built on NVIDIA's Omniverse technologies. This platform fuses engineering, geospatial, and AI-driven data into a unified, interactive digital ecosystem.

As a Lead Product Manager you will lead a cross-functional team of developers, engineers, and data specialists to deliver scalable, modular, and interoperable solutions that connect physical assets to digital models in real time. Your leadership will define market positioning, roadmap priorities, and ROI outcomes, driving measurable value for Jacobs and its clients through innovation, efficiency, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product vision for Jacobs' Digital Twin for Data Centers, articulating how this product aligns with corporate strategy and customer needs.

  • Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing features, enhancements and market opportunities based on data, customer insight, and competitive analysis.

  • Lead cross-functional teams (software engineering, product managers, UX/design, marketing, sales, customer support) to ensure aligned execution and timely delivery.

  • Establish and be accountable for the P&L of the product: revenue, profitability, cost structure, pricing, lifecycle management.

  • Define success metrics (KPIs), monitor performance, and iterate product direction based on real-world outcomes. Report on progress to executive leadership.

  • Conduct and interpret market research, stakeholder interviews, competitive benchmarking and customer feedback to inform decisions.

  • Own go-to-market strategy: positioning, value proposition, launch planning, adoption and growth strategy.

  • Champion the product internally and externally: communicate vision, progress, challenges, and results to executive leadership and stakeholders.

  • Identify risks, manage trade-offs (scope, cost, time, quality), and drive decisions that optimize business outcomes and customer value.
