POSITION SUMMARY
As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of complexelectronic manufacturing programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, interfacing with clients,managing project timelines, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in ourmanufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in projectmanagement within the electronics manufacturing industry and possess exceptional leadership andcommunication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of electronic manufacturing programs, from initial concept toproduct delivery.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure programsuccess.
• Develop and implement program management best practices and methodologies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication andunderstanding of project requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and providingregular project updates.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and riskmitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and qualitystandards.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven workenvironment.
• Conduct regular team meetings, set expectations, and provide necessary support to ensureteam success.
• Ensure that all products meet or exceed quality standards, coordinating with qualityassurance teams throughout the manufacturing process.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to minimize defects and ensure customersatisfaction.

Qualifications

SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of proven experience in project management within the electronics manufacturing industry required.
• Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes, from design to production.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on timeand within budget.
