Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Harness-based CI/CD automation and Azure Cloud deployment. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Java backend engineer with hands-on experience building pipelines and supporting application migration from on-premises environments to the cloud.

This role is best suited for professionals who thrive in modern DevOps ecosystems, combining strong backend coding ability with infrastructure automation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Build, configure, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Harness for automated builds, deployments, and rollbacks.
  • Integrate pipeline automation with Azure DevOps, Git, and other cloud tools.
  • Support and participate in on-prem to Azure migration initiatives, ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and architecture teams to streamline release processes.
  • Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot build, deployment, and runtime issues in production and test environments.
  • Contribute to front-end integration if required (Angular/React preferred).
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Java Full Stack Developer (backend-focused).
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API design, and microservices development.
  • Hands-on experience with Harness for CI/CD pipeline creation and management.
  • Solid understanding of Azure Cloud services and deployment automation.
  • Experience with on-premises to cloud migration projects (preferably Azure).
  • Working knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, and Docker/Kubernetes is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React (good to have).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM or Terraform.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
