Position Overview

As a lead team member, you will be responsible for possessing in-depth knowledge of all Just Love procedures and processes outlined in the operations manual and the ability to carry them out with a high-degree of efficiency.

Key aspects of the position:
  • Works closely with the Assistant Manager
  • Create a positive guest experience by providing a high-level of service
  • Representative of core values: Be Genuine. Be Excellent. Be A Catalyst for Love
  • Consistently runs successful shifts, overseeing operations and workers
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all food safety and handling procedures and ensure that actions comply with all codes, procedures, and standards
  • Be fully trained as a Barista and a Kitchen Staff. This includes closing and opening shifts
  • Fosters a working environment consistent with Just Love's core values and principles.
  • Interest and ability to learn, catch on quickly, and apply what you have learned
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for Just Love Coffee Cafe culture
  • A coachable, teachable and team-oriented mindset
  • Good work habits, do what you say you will do, follow-up when you say you will

  • Smile and interact with guests even while cafe is busy, short staffed or other mishaps
Expectations/Benchmarks

• Running successful shifts including achieving the targeted ticket times

• Thorough knowledge of all menu items FOH and BOH

• Generate sales growth by consistently delivering a positive guest experience and executing local restaurant marketing and catering initiatives with Assistant Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Starting Salary: $12.00 per hour based on experieince
