- Act as the first point of contact for all NetSuite-related questions, technical issues, and troubleshooting.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and system access while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards for leadership and customer service teams.
- Support workflows for order processing, invoicing, returns, exchanges, and warranty requests.
- Maintain accurate item records, pricing, and customer data in NetSuite.
- Collaborate with Oracle NetSuite support and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Provide team training on NetSuite best practices and new features.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Total RESA's products and services.
- Manage and update company website content, including product and category descriptions.
- Maintain social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to showcase projects, success stories, and industry news.
- Create and distribute marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate promotions, trade show participation, and community events.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Partner with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business development goals.
- Strong understanding of order processing, customer service workflows, and data management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and balance technical and creative responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in NetSuite (Oracle) support, ERP administration, or similar role.
- Marketing experience (digital, social media, content creation, or campaign management).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM/ERP systems.
- Restaurant equipment or food service industry experience a plus (not required).
