Job Description
  • Collaborate with prospective users and current clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Outreach to departments on product and process efficiencies.
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
  • Review product new releases and optimize new functionality. Prepare and deliver presentations on product functionality for customer demonstrations and for internal and external training needs.
  • Manage the gathering, design and documenting of requirements and use cases suitable for the agile development cycle.
  • Define the vision for the team's product.
  • Create a product road map based on this vision.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and executive management on vision and project process.
  • Investigate product issues to determine whether a change to core product is required, provide effective communication to customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements.
  • Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints.
  • Manage services vendor relationships including overseeing support tickets and services.

Education/Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development
  • Proven track record of delivering ERP solutions with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience with ERP functional areas; accounting principles, procurement, expense management, and treasury businesses and processes.
  • Experience with HR initiatives; payroll, recruiting, career progressions, terminations, benefits.
  • Established background in launching software or services in partnership with application teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles.
Business Relationship Manager:

Job Description
  • Client Portfolio and Relationship Management: Manage the development and maintenance of client department technology strategies with Business Solutions staff, IMSD management, and client department executive leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Conduct executive meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with client departments.
  • IMSD Coordination: Manage the coordination with IMSD executive and management personnel to ensure IMSD standards for requirements, scope, budget, timelines, resource constraints, problem statements, and status updates are coordinated and completed in a timely manner.
  • Organizational Change Management: Ensure solutions are implemented effectively, with a focus on ROI and communication. Manage organizational change management activities (e.g., user acceptance testing, user training, etc.) with HR Learning and Development and IMSD personnel.
  • Staff Development and Leadership: Manage, mentor, and retain Business Solutions staff to promote high performance and results. Establish and maintain a culture of professional client department service.
Skills
  • Four (4) years or more of work experience in team management, business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, financial management
  • Advanced knowledge of all related computer and software applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel required
