Serve as a Business & Data Analyst within a cross-functional scrum team supporting a virtual assistant product.
  • Analyze and interpret data from multiple, often ambiguous, sources (e.g., Salesforce, Splunk, Pendo).
  • Translate raw data into meaningful business insights for stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain manual scorecards and KPIs, with a focus on process automation over time.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to bridge gaps, clarify requirements, and support product deployment.
  • Present findings in a clear, business-focused manner to various audiences.
  • Utilize strong analytical and data interpretation skills, especially with custom or in-house applications.
  • Leverage familiarity with Salesforce and related analytics tools; experience with Splunk preferred.
  • Communicate complex technical data in easily understood business terms.
  • Comfortable working independently in ambiguous situations to derive actionable insights.
  • Draw on experience in Agile/Scrum environments (without leading ceremonies).
  • Balance both business process understanding (approx. 70%) and hands-on data analysis (approx. 30%).
  • No advanced software development required-focus is on effective data extraction, analysis, and presentation.
