Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to lead data-driven decision-making across business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SQL, data visualization, and statistical analysis, with a proven track record of transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets, build dashboards, and support data management initiatives across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
  • Design and execute complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
  • Work with Informatica ETL processes to ensure accurate and efficient data integration across systems.
  • Use Python or R for statistical modeling, automation, and advanced analytics.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
  • Support the development of data warehouse and data modeling solutions to improve data accessibility.
  • Present insights and recommendations through clear visualizations and business-friendly reports.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining data accuracy.
Required Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and one or more BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Proficiency in Informatica ETL data analysis and data validation.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
