Mandatory:

  • Experience working with Genesys Snowflake platform for historical reporting.
  • Strong foundation in data analytic, data engineering and cloud platforms with specific experience in Elasticsearch and Kibana.
  • SQL Proficiency for data manipulation, querying and query optimization.
  • Ability to understand and interpret real-time and historical contact center metrics to improve customer service and business outcomes.
  • Experience in developing complex reporting solutions for large data sets.
  • Industry knowledge and experience in contact center technologies
  • Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity, agent performance and interactions.
Desired skills:
  • Experience with Genesys on-prem and understanding of various Genesys components and composer development.
  • Exposure for Java/J2EE development and API Development /Scripting integration.
  • Genesys Cloud CX certification preferred.
Salary Range - $120,000-$170,000 a year
