We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Analyst to join our team in Oak Brook, IL. The ideal candidate has a strong background in tax compliance and reporting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Senior Tax Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file state tax returns across all 50 states
  • Manage sales and use tax filings and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Assist with month-end and year-end tax provision work
  • Support audit preparation by gathering documentation and responding to inquiries
  • Handle federal and state tax extension calculations and filings
  • Stay updated on tax laws and regulatory changes impacting the business
  • Work closely with internal finance teams and external auditors as needed

Senior Tax Analyst Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in tax preparation and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal tax regulations
  • Experience with tax software and ERP systems
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
