E-Commerce Flex Specialist
Position Summary:
The E-Commerce Flex Specialist supports multiple aspects of KR Automation's e-commerce operations, including product preparation, photography, inventory tracking, and online listings. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that each item is accurately represented, efficiently processed, and ready for sale. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Clean, organize, and prepare products for photography and listing.
  • Take and edit high-quality, consistent photos that reflect professional standards.
  • Efficiently research and list inventory items to online platforms with detailed and accurate descriptions.
  • Track and update product information in KR Automation's internal inventory system.
  • Identify and document damaged, incomplete, or mislabeled parts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace for photography and listing activities.
  • Label and identify pallets or bins with accurate inventory lists.
  • Operate pallet jack, forklift, or other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality goals.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods.
  • Regularly positions self to photograph from multiple angles.
  • Occasionally ascends/descends ladders to access inventory.
  • Frequently moves boxes or parts weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Must clearly communicate and follow detailed instructions.
