Additional Benefits

Responsibilities
We are looking for Nurse Practitioners with experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care. We prioritize patient care over volume, allowing our clinicians the time needed to address the individual needs of each patient.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the relevant state
- Federal DEA License/eligibility
- Preferred experience/training in geriatrics
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Board Certification required
