As a Senior Surety Client Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our Producers and Account Executives by managing surety and insurance clients' needs within a collaborative team environment. This position involves enhancing client relationships and ensuring high-level service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily client needs, including bond requests, billing issues, and bond reports.
  • Request and analyze periodic updates from clients and communicate data to underwriters effectively.
  • Address client inquiries regarding bond programs, project limits, and specific project opportunities.
  • Communicate proactively with underwriters about account statuses and bond approvals.
  • Issue original bonds as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with the surety team to create tailored carrier submissions and present proposals to prospective clients.
  • Gather information from prospective clients, conduct bond reviews, and assist in resolving carrier and client billing issues.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills in interactions with internal teams, clients, and sureties.
  • Support other surety staff as required and attend client meetings as needed.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Property and Casualty licensed.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Surety environment.
  • Additional insurance-related professional designations are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in time management, teamwork, prioritization, and decision-making.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to provide superior service to clients and sureties.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and utilize EPIC software.
  • Desire to participate in surety industry events.
  • Able to work independently on specific assignments.
