Join Quadric as a Machine Learning Field Application Engineer and be part of a revolutionary team that is transforming edge AI solutions with our innovative general-purpose neural processing unit (GPNPU) architecture. Our co-optimized software and hardware are designed for neural network inference workloads, empowering devices from smart sensors to high-performance automotive systems. Unlike traditional accelerators, our GPNPU can run both neural network graph codes and conventional C++ code.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver exceptional technical support to customers before and after sales. Your expertise will help ensure successful product integrations, making this a pivotal position that blends customer interaction with advanced technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales to effectively position and promote Quadric products.
  • Educate customers on the distinctive advantages of the Quadric architecture compared to other edge AI solutions.
  • Assist customers during evaluations by installing SDKs and algorithms and providing tailored solutions based on customer systems.
  • Troubleshoot technological issues presented by customers and liaise with engineering teams to devise effective solutions.
  • Facilitate ongoing technical discussions to ensure customers understand Quadric deliverables and resolve any issues with the support of engineering.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to empower customers with knowledge of our products.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to develop product specifications aligned with customer requirements.
  • Evaluate project feasibility to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • May require occasional travel to the U.S. California headquarters for training and regional support as necessary.
